Noor International Personnel Services, Inc.

Noor International Personnel Services Incorporated was established by Engineer Mosaad Abdel Fattah and his wife Mrs. Mona Abdel Fattah.

Engineer Mosaad Abdel Fattah, an Egyptian National is graduate of Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering at Cairo Egypt on May, 1981 with a very good and excellent general record in final project. He had also finished a post graduate study of two years diploma in Automotive and Tractors Engineering at Ain Shams University in 1984 at Cairo Egypt.

He also served as an Officer in Army Service which he spent in organization, managing all vehicles in the army using a computerized data based system.

He started his Employment at Cairo Egypt in the main service station for Fiat Cars in Ghamra Area under the Nasr Automotive Company (main Automotive Manufacturing Company in Egypt).

He was also employed in one of the main Toyota Dealer in the South Region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Thru that period he was able to attain much training in the field of Automotive and Management in Abdul Lateif Jameel Company (main Toyota Distributor in Saudi K.S.A.), from Service Manager he was promoted to Deputy General Service Manager and then to General Service Manager.

Engineer Mosaad and his Wife have decided to established Noor International Personnel Services Incorporated to serve the needs of the Global Community to the Filipino Workers on the basis of quality, values and transparency. The first license of Noor International Personnel Services Incorporated was granted on May 12, 1999.
